Interment will be inEvergreenMemorial Park Cemetery. She died Oct. 26, 1976, atMcMinnville Hospital. The daughter of Jasper and Amelia C. GroshongTrullinger. Mrs .Rainey was born Sept. 22, 1878, at Meadow Brook. Mrs.Rainey attended collage in Newberg and in 1898 married John DavidRainey. They lived in several Oregon towns before settling inLaFayette in 1929. He died in 1946. She moved to McMinnville in 1965and has been a resident ofOakwoodGlen since 1968. Survivors include ason, John LeRoy Rainey, McMinnville; daughters, Ethel L. Becker andLura "Pearl" Myers, both of McMinnville;one grandchild, fourgreat-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
