TROLINGER, Joseph Elvin - 1920 - 1997 Daily Democrat, Clinton MO - Joseph Elvin Trolinger, 77, Clinton, diedThursday, May 15, 1997, at Golden Valley Hospital. Graveside serviceswill be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 20, at Grant Cemetery nearCreighton. Mr. Trolinger will lie in state from noon until 5 p.m.Monday at Anderson Funeral Home. He was born April 23, 1920, atCreighton, the son of William and Ruby Starks Trolinger. He was a U.S.Navy veteran of World War II and had lived in California for manyyears where he was an employee of the California Winery Workers. Hereturned to Clinton in 1982. He was a member of Eagles Lodge #3667.Mr. Trolinger was preceded in death by his father, one son, twobrothers and one sister. He is survived by his wife, Ruth, of thehome; his mother, Ruby, who is 99 and lives at her home in Clinton;one son, Gary Leroy Trolinger, Bell Gardens, California; sixgrandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several nieces andnephews, and other relatives, including four step-daughters.
