The Etna Cemetery, a very rocky, hilly terrain, and is located at the top of High Street in Etna. There is no signage nor other visible evidence regarding its beginnings. For many years it was not maintained. Several years ago, motivated citizens gathered together volunteers who now, occasionally, keep the grounds trimmed. As with all older cemeteries many headstones are not readable.
Official records for the Etna, PA Cemetery are maintained by The First Congregational Church of Etna. The current record-keeper is Mr. Fred Fischer of Parker Street, Etna, PA. Some Tombstone Inscriptions are available through the Western Pennsylvania Historical Society.
