Christine Schultz information in a letter from Laree Trollinger to Gordon L. Drollinger 5 Dec 2002 where she states "Enclosed you will find another branch of Friedrich Jacob's line. Christine Schultz found us through the Genealogical Society here in Berks County (PA). She lives in the area where Jacob lived. It turns out that her great-grandmother, born out of wedlock, was a daughter of Abraham Trollinger. We have documented this through the court records and newspapers, although she could not be named in his will. The story is a sad one, of widower Abraham and a neighbor woman who was an abused wife. Abraham married Amelia Kroninger, had another daughter, before all this came into court. I have also sent this information to Sighard (Drollinger of Karlsruhe).
Divorced from Reuben F. Reichert circa April 1876. Divorce finalized April 1877. Was never married to Abraham R. Trollinger but was living with him in 1880 census and listed as housekeeper.
