  	LAFAYETTE -- Services for Burlin I. Myers, 68, Carlton Rt 1, Box 73D, who died Thursday when he was electrocuted will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Macy & Son , McMinnville. Interment at Evergreen Memorial Park will follow, with Rev. Gerald Manley officiating. A native of Arkansas, Myers worked in the sawmills and loging industry on the Oregon coast as a younger man. In 1948 he moved to Portland and joined the Teamsters Union, where he worked until his retirement in1965. Survivors include the widow Lura; a son Robert F., Lafayette; and brother Carl M., Springfield. The family suggests contributions to Conservative Baptist Church, Lafayette.
