- Paul J. Rahn, 81, of Kingman died at 4:20 am Saturday in his residence.
Mr. Rahn was a 1933 graduate of Roachdale High School. He lived in the Wallace are since 1939 and had farmed in Jackson Township. he was a member of the Freedom Christian Church near Wallace.
He was born May 29, 1915, in Douglas County, Ill., to Henry and Pearl Offenstein Rahn. He married Helen Doreen Drollinger July 1, 1950, at Crawfordsville. She survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Dennis of Kingman and Dale of St. Joseph, Ill.; three daughters, Mrs. David (Jane) Swank of Crawfordsville, Nancy Rahn of Danville, Ill., and Mrs. Todd (Sharry) Fears of New Palestine; a sister, Mrs. Ray (Dorothy) Gagnon of Lawrenceville, Ga.; and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister.
Services are scheduled for 11 am Tuesday in the Maus Funeral Home at Hillsboro with the Rev. Daniel Overdorff officiating. Burial will be in Wolf Creek Cemetery near Wallace. Friends may call 4-8 pm today at the funeral home.
