  	Joshua Sean Atchison, age 41, suddenly passed away on Saturday, September 4th, 2021, in Sequim, Washington. Joshua is survived by his wife, Kelli Holloway; his parents Sean & Lenise Atchison and Carmen & Jeff Michaelsen; his daughter Morgan Drollinger & stepdaughter Lauren Ciarlo; his brothers Chris & Asa Michaelsen; and his sister Krystal Russell. Joshua was born on September 7th, 1979 in Logan, Utah. In 2007, he and his wife Kelli moved from California to the Olympic Peninsula where he continued a career in Social Services. His most recent professional pursuit was serving as the Community Services Officer for the City of Port Townsend as well as the Executive Assistant to the Port Townsend Chief of Police (formerly Chief Troy Surber & presently Chief Tom Olson). According to colleagues, Josh "made things happen", was always easy to work with, and very dedicated to his role. He was an instrumental piece in organizing projects & operations, and used all of his talents to keep things moving in the right direction for the greater whole. Joshua was a wonderful and caring husband to his wife, Kelli, and they were the love of each other's lives. They met in 2002, and married on July 30th, 2009, at John Wayne Marina in Sequim. Joshua was a kind, gentle, quirky, and uniquely hilarious person. His passions included spending time with Kelli, playing bass guitar, cooking, kayaking, camping, being outdoors, listening to music, going to concerts, reading books, playing video games, reading, and enjoying science fiction (especially Star Wars & Guardians of the Galaxy) and satirical humor. His family and friends will always remember him as a giving and compassionate person. A Celebration of Life is scheduled for 2:00pm on Saturday, October 2nd, 2021 at John Wayne Marina in Sequim. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Joshua's life.
