  	In Memory Betty L. Drollinger Hoopeston - Betty L. Drollinger, 74, of Hoopeston, died at 3:45 PM, Saturday, June 30, 2007 at the Hoopeston Community Memorial Hospital. Born March 1, 1933 at Forbus, TN, she was the daughter of Osco and Ruth (Albertson) Neal. She married Earl J. Drollinger on March 25, 1950 at Wellington, IL. He survives. Also surviving is one daughter; Sandy (Greg) Boardman of Wishon, CA, three sons; Michael (Deborah) Drollinger, Rod (Karie) Drollinger and Scott Drollinger all of Hoopeston, nine grandchildren, one great grandchild, four brothers; Charles Neal of Harrisburg, IL, Robert (Pat) Neal of Watseka, Dennis (Beverly) Neal of Rossville, John (Joan) Neal of Sherwood, OR, one sister; Dean (Richard) Hartman of Watseka. Her parents, one brother and one daughter, (Elizabeth Ann), preceded her in death. Betty worked as an office clerk for Dr. Quanzo for 15 years. She had been a member of the former First Assembly of God Church in Hoopeston. Betty had served as a Den Mother for the Hoopeston Cub Scouts. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, traveling and reading. Her most enjoyable moments were spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Drollinger will be held at 1:00 PM, on Tuesday, July 3, 2007 at the Brown-Alkire Funeral Home, 309 E. Washington St., in Hoopeston. Pastor Gary Ingold will officiate . Burial will be in the Floral Hill Cemetery at Hoopeston. Visitation will be from 6-9 PM, Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Hoopeston Public Library.
