KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTSL That we Ed Trollinger and Laura Trollinger, his wife, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) and No/100 Dollars to us in hand paid by Oscar Trollinger, do here y grant, sell and quit claim unto the said Oscar Trollinger, and unto his heirs and assigns forever the following lands lying in the county of Washington and State of Arkansas, to-wit: Lots numbered One (1) and Two (2) in Block Ten (10) in Gunters Addition to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, as the same are known and designated upon the plat of the said addition now on record in the office of the Recorder for Washington County, Arkansas. TOHAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Oscar Trollinger, and unto his heirs and assigns forever with all appurtenances thereunto belonging. And I, Laura Trollinger, wife of the said Ed Trollinger, the grantor herein do hereby join in this conveyance and for the consideration afores id, convey and renounce all right of homestead in and to said property and for the consideration aforesaid, do hereby release and relinquish unto the said Osacar Trollinger, heirs and assigns all my right, claim and possibility of dower in and to the said property.
