Notes - William and Barbara's house bordered railroad tracks. Their very young son would sometimes wander onto the tracks and would be pulled back by their dog. One day the dog was gone and the boy got onto the tracks when a train was coming, When Barbara tried to save her son they were both hit and killed by the train. All as confessed to me by Frances Cornelia Trollinger-Long. (David H. Drollinger 5 Jul 2013)
