Alpheus is said to have been buried in Creston, IA. He had no children. Silas moved to Oklahoma and is buried in Oklahoma City, OK. Alpheus is said to have been born on 5/22/1840, possibly in Lancaster County, PA. Alpheus was said to have been in the Civil War and fighting in Illinois. I have no confirmation on that.
