HILLSBORO -- Larry F. Booe, 62, of 608 E. Main St., died at 6:25 p.m.Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2006, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
Born Oct. 6, 1943, in Danville, Ill., he was the son of Louise RiversBooe of Hillsboro and the late Francis Malcolm Booe. He was a liferesident of Fountain County, graduating from Hillsboro High School.
On Oct. 5, 1998, he married Charlene Melvin in Covington. Shesurvives.
Mr. Booe was a farmer and was presently self-employed as a carpenter.
He was a member of the New Liberty Christian Church and the NationalWildlife Federation. He was an avid fisherman, hunter and outdoorsman.
Also surviving are four daughters, Joan Schultz (husband: Robin) andJennifer Bartelson (husband: Jeff), all of Crawfordsville, Lisa Booneof Darlington and Natalie Gulley (husband: Jason) of Veedersburg; ason, J.T. Booe of Veedersburg; two stepdaughters, Shelley Rogers ofWest Lafayette and Tami Little (husband: Douglas) of Tangier; astepson, Jim Rogers (wife: Amy) of Bismark, Ill.; two sisters,Patricia Collins (husband: Stuart) of Bloomington, Minn., and LindaKeith (husband: James) of Wingate.
Services are Saturday in Hillsboro.
