She had been in poor health several years. Mrs. Stoup was born Jan. 23, 1862 in Fountain County, daughter of George and Mary Jane Kiger. She married Mr. Stoup on Aug. 6, 1882. Surviving are two daughters: Mrs.Mary Basinger, Kingman, and Mrs Lily Campbell, Cates; a son, George Stoup, Ashkum, Ill., 14 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Amanda Klingerman, Lafayette, and a brother, Ira Kiger, lndianapolis. Funeral services will beat 2:3t p m Sunday at the U B Church in Cates, of which Mrs. Stoup has been a member. Burial will be in Harveysburg Cemetery."
