Text: I, Jacob Isley, of Fountain County and State of Indiana...I will and direct that my beloved wife Catharine Ann Isley have the use and profits of all my Real Estate, with my household and kitchen furniture until her death...I order and direct the same to be divided between my children and the descendants of a deceased child... I will and bequeath unto Mary, Isaiah, and John Smyers, infant heirs of Jacob Smyers Dec '05 One Hundred Dollars to be equally divided...I hereby appoint my son David Isley my Executor....Signed in the presence of Isaac Myers, Strather Shell, George H. Text: "That the said Jacob Isely, the testator died leaving as his widow Catherine Isely who prior to the common cement of this suit departed this life and the said Jacob left surviving him as his heirs Sophena Isely who intermarried with Jacob Smyers, both of whom have departed this life leaving surviving them as their only heir Isaiah Smyers. Polly Isely who intermarried with Richard Swank, Catherine Isely who intermarried with William Drollinger, Jacob Isely who has deceased leaving surviving him Ely Isely as his only heir a minor, Leah Baker who intermarried with with Andrew Baker who is also deceased leaving surviving her as her only heir Andrew Baker who is a minor, Solomon Isely and David Isely."
