Pamela Sue Foight, 69 years of age, of Minden, Nebraska, passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at the Arbor Care Center in Franklin, Nebraska. Pamela was born on March 17, 1953 in McCook, Nebraska, the eldest of five children born to Floyd and Norma Jean (Stinnette) Bales. She attended and graduated from Ewing High School in Trenton, New Jersey, with the class of 1971. Following her graduation, Pamela began working at different retail stores. Pamela and her parents moved back to McCook, where she met her future husband.
On May 31, 1980, Pamela was united in marriage to Ronald L. Foight in Oberlin, Kansas, and this union was blessed with two children: Tamara and Joshua. The family made their home in Danbury, Nebraska, for 29 years where Pamela focused on raising her children and family. In 2011, the family began to make their home in Beaver City.
Pamela was baptized on May 15, 1987 and was a member of the McCook Christian Church. She enjoyed reading, spending time with her grandchildren, and she loved her pets.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Otto and Ruby Stinnette and Clarence and Polly Bales; her father, Floyd Bales; mother and step-father, Norma Jean Doyle and Ray Doyle; her sister, Robin Seabrook; and brother, Randy Bales.
Pamela leaves to celebrate her life; her husband of 42 years, Ronald Foight of Minden; her two children: Tamara Drullinger and her husband, Richard of Smith Center, Kansas; and Joshua Foight of Lincoln, Nebraska; her 15 grandchildren: Sharon, Victoria, Jordan, Amanda, Dakota, Jake, Alencia, Haylee, Alexander, Gabe, Ethan, Jeremiah, Brenna, KateLynn, and Kaylee; three great-grandchildren: James, Nathaneil, and Lilly; two brothers: Steve Bales and his wife, Denise of McCook; and Tom Bales and his wife, Shelia of Nebraska City, Nebraska; step-mom, Carla Bales of Lincoln, Nebraska; along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended relatives and many friends.
