Hunter Drullinger also had a rushing touchdown. Two of the Glanz TD passes went to Kagen Hoyda, while Tate Towns and Hayden Drullinger each caught one.
Kechter and Hoyda shared team-high honors on defense with 10 tackles apiece. Towns and Garrett Drullinger both added nine tackles, and Glanz tallied five, to go along with a fumble recovery for a touchdown. Hoyda added an interception, while G. Drullinger forced a fumble and Carson Helling recovered one.
In a crazy twist, the same two teams will meet in the opening round of the postseason, this time at Idalia. The Wolves earned the No. 4 seed and will host the No. 13 Eagles on Friday night at 7.
Idalia's win last week snapped a two-game losing streak against the Eagles, and gave the Wolves a 4-3 edge all-time in the series. The winner moves on to face either No. 5 Walsh (7-2) or No. 12 Briggsdale (6-3) next week.
