  	Bertha Ethel (Druelinger) Stevens, 78, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away Saturday, April 3, 2010 at her residence. She had worked as the manager of the employee cafeteria at National City Bank. Bertha was a loving and dedicated homemaker. She was a longtime member of Bible Center Cathedral where she was active in the prayer band. Bertha's prayer life and service to others reflected her passionate faith in Jesus Christ. She loved to cook, especially for others. Bertha was also known to many for her cards and letters of encouragement. Bertha is survived by her son Samuel Stevens and his wife, Deborah of Evansville, Indiana, her daughter Charlotte Pairsh and her husband Keith of Equality, Illinois, a twin sister, Bert Edsil West of Evansville, Indiana, a daughter-in-law Barbara Brown and her husband Darrel. Her many grandchildren, Matthew Stevens, Nathan Stevens, Aaron Stevens, Norman Stevens, Andrae Stevens, Corey Stevens, Tim Stevens, Jake Pairsh, Josh Pairsh, Kendra Pairsh, great-grandchildren, Dylan, Olive, Gavin, Eric, Hailey, Sarah Grace, Autumn, Avery, Lawson, Ava, Jacob and two more on the way. (Josiah and Sailor) Bertha is preceded in death by her husband of 24 years Richard Lawson Stevens, sons, Richard and Nathan Stevens, Parents, Bert W. and Bertha (Thurber) Druelinger and nine brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at Browning Funeral Home, with Pastor Rick VanHoose officiating. Burial will be in Parklawn Cemetery. Friends may visit from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM Tuesday, April 6, 2010, or from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at Browning Funeral Home.
