Gary was born August 28, 1948 in Des Moines. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, target shooting, and watching his grandchildren play baseball. Gary was a member of First Federated Church in Des Moines. Gary is survived by his sons, Jason Robuck of Newton, and Brian Halligan of Des Moines; his grandchildren, Justin and Joseph; his long time friend and companion, Vicky Halligan, his sister, his brother, Christopher White; his sister Barbara Greene; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Richard Trullinger and Mary White; his step-father, Robert White, and his sister Bonnie Wicker.
Memorial contributions may be made to Taylor House Hospice.
Burial: Cremated, Ashes given to family or friend.
