      WORLD WAR II

      Mr. and Mrs. Olin P. Anderson, of Dublin, were, advised by the war department November 29, that their son, Pvt. Richard P. Anderson, 25, was killed in action in France November S while serving in the 318th infantry.

      Pvt, Anderson entered the armed service in March, 1942 and was stationed in a barrage balloon division at Camp Gordon Johnson, Fla; was transferred to anti-aircraft at Camp Tyson, Tenn,, then to the infantry at Fort Bragg, N. C, in April 1944.

      He arrived in France October 9. Besides his parents Pvt. Anderson is survived by a brother, Olin P. Jr., which is in the navy and a sister, Mrs. Glenn. Brillheart, at home.
