She was taken to the hospital from the Henry Health Care Center at the Lutheran Home at Topton, where she had resided since April. Her husband, LeRoy B. Hassler, died Feb. 19, 2004. Born in Topton, she was a daughter of the late Victor Z. and Annie C. (Trollinger) Rohrbach. Hassler was employed as a weaver by various manufacturing companies in the area during the 1940's and 1950's. She was a member of Hope Lutheran Church, Bowers, where she was in charge of the cradle roll for 20 years. Surviving are a daughter, Christine E. (Hassler) Lesher, Hamburg; and a son, the Rev. Larry R., Pine Grove, Schuylkill County. Other survivors include two brothers, Ernest V. Rohrbach, Topton, and Carl D. Rohrbach, North Wales, Montgomery County. There are also three grandchildren and a great-granddaughter. Services will be Friday at 1 p.m. in Hope Lutheran Church. Burial will be in Lyons Cemetery. Ludwick Funeral Homes, Inc., Topton, is in charge of arrangements.
