  	The Scio Tribune Thursday, February 25, 1971 Ora Trollinger Dies Feb. 19 Ora Trollinger, 84, died peacefully in her sleep early Friday, Feb. 19, 1971 at her home 221 N. Main st. Scio Services were held at 2 p.m. Monday Feb. 22 at Scio Baptist Church with former pastor Rev. Gerald M. Manley, now of McMinnville officiating. Burial was in Miller Cemetery near the former Trollinger farm, northwest of Scio. Huston Funeral Home, Lebanon was in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Trollinger was born December 16, 1886 in Rutledge, Mo. and moved with her parents in 1901 to Washington. Later the same year they moved to the Willamette Valley in Oregon. On May 8, 1912 she was married in Albany to James Trollinger and they made their home after that time near Scio or in Scio. Surviving is one daughter, Mrs Lorene Young, Salem; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.   		Ora Trollinger Obit Ora Trollinger SCIO-Ora Trollinger, 84, 221 N. Main St., died at her home Friday morning as the result of a sudden illness. Services will be 2 p.m. Monday in the Scio Baptist Church with the Rev. Gerald Manley. Burial will follow at the Miller Cemetery, Shelburn. Huston Funeral Home, Lebanon, in , charge of arrangements. Mrs. Trollinger was born Dec. 16, 1886 in Rutledge, Mo. and moved to Washington with her parents in 1901. Later the same year they moved to the Willamette Valley. She moved to Scio in 1912 and lived here since that time. She married James Trollinger in Albany in May 1912. Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Lorene Young, Salem ; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

The bride Is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Trollinger and was born and reared on the Trollinger farm near this city, She was graduated a few years ago from the local high school. Her husband has bwn employed at the Trollinger farm for some time. At the wedding he was attended by Howard Trollinger, brother ot the bride, as best man, while Mrs. Howard Trollinger wat maid of honor Following a wedding trip Mr. and Young will return to the Trollinger farm.
