  	Scio - O'dell Daniel Young, 64. West Scio Mobile Home Park, died Tuesday at his home. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Miller's Cemetery in the Shelburn-Scio area. The Rev. Paul Null will officiate and Weddle Funeral Home in Stayton is in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be made to the Oregon Heart Association. Young was born July 13, 1917 in Spartanburg, S.C. and moved to the Scio area in 1940. He had worked in the timber industry and as a farmer until 1962 when he retired. Survivors include two sons Robert, Albany and Larry, Salem; a daughter, Carol Martin of Salem; and seven grandchildren. Albany Democrat Herald July 6, 1982
