She was born June 4, 1926 in Earl Park, IN, to George Albert andBernice Ethyl (Drollinger) Osborn. She married Kenneth Lee Ledman Sr.Dec. 17, 1948. He preceded her in death Dec. 22, 1987.
Mrs. Ledman was a homemaker and worked in Home Health Care for 10years. She also was a babysitter until 2006. She attended theRossville Presbyterian Church and has also attended the Dayton UnitedMethodist Church. She enjoyed sewing and crocheting.
She is survived by five children, Floyd (Robin) Ledman of Springfield,Ill., William “Bill” (Beverly) Ledman of Rossville, Kenneth “Kenny”(Kathy) Ledman of Rossville, Judith “Judy” (Frank) Virostek ofWestville, Ill. And Margaret (Jessie) Scales of Lafayette; twobrothers: John (Jenny) Osborn of Potamic, Ill. And Melvin Osborn ofDanville, Ill.; two sisters: Anna Belle Nickles and Agnes (Dennis)Seals, both of Hoopston, Ill.; six grandchildren and fivegreat-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death byfour brothers: Edward, Wesley, Charles “Bill” and Howard; and twosisters: Helen Keeling and Alice Farmer.
Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 3 at Bodine Funeral Home,Rossville, with Pastor John Everitt officiating. Visitation will beone hour prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will be inDayton Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American DiabetesAssociation.
