- Connie Orene Trolinger, 74, of Carthage, Texas, formerly of Blocker, died Wednesday, May 20, 2009, at Good Shepherd Medical Center in Longview, Texas. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Brumley-Mills Chapel with Brother Ted White officiating. Burial will be at Massey Cemetery near Crowder. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Brumley-Mills Funeral Home of McAlester. Born Aug. 18, 1934, in Indianola, she was the daughter of Henry and Connie Rolfe. She grew up in the Indianola area and married Norman Lee Trolinger on Nov. 5, 1949. They soon moved to Borger, Texas, where they lived for 40 years. After her husband retired, they moved back to Blocker where they lived from 1992. Her husband preceded her in death on July 24, 2003. Survivors include two sons and one daughter-in-law, Arby Lee Trolinger, of Texas, and Howard Gene and Nita Trolinger, Borger, Texas; two daughters and sons-in-law, Diana Marie and Scott Pazik, Carthage, Texas, and Nita Gail and Robert Williams, Longview, Texas; 11 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents, and a grandson, Norman Eugene.
