1900 census as Hattie Baisel WD Head yet sister Louisa WD is also living at 2227 as Head?
PA Death Certificate 5280248 lists informant as G.E. Koedel address 2227 Wylie Ave, burial Allegheny Cemetery. It must have been Gilbert who had the stone placed on her grave. She didn't have any children and the stone reads Hettie Drollinger Baesel.
