Note: Her stated age of '2 years 11 months 9 days' appears to be in error possibly. Using a modern computer date calculator and her death date of 28 Sep 1918 it produces a calculated birth date of 19 Oct 1915. Because it was her father who providing the details about Cecelia as the informant, it would seem logical that he would know his own daughter's birth date and not how many days/months/years she was alive. Therefore, it seems likely that her true birth date is probably 19 Aug 1916 and that the recorder of the information probably miscalculated her days/months/years of life. Hopefully, further corroborating proof of her true birth date will soon become known. For the time being, her birth date will be given herein as 19 Aug 1916. In addition, her place of birth still needs to be determined.
