  Obituary Opal E. Goddard Opal Elaine Goddard of Milford, Penn., formerly of the Newbergarea, died April 12, 2011. She was 89. She was born May 21, 1921, in Wheeler to Ivan and Nellie (Corder)Witcher. She grew up in various towns throughout western Oregon as thefamily moved with her father's career in the logging industry. She worked in computational processing for Wells Fargo in Portlandfor more than 20 years. She married Arthur Druliner and, after his death, Arthur Goddard ofPortland. After her second husband's death in 1998, she moved toMilford to be close to family. She was a member of the Red Hat Societythere. Survivors include: daughter Burma Pedranti of Milford; twograndchildren and two great-grandchildren. Disposition will be by cremation. A memorial service and internmentwill take place in Newberg at the end of August. [end]
