- Rebecca Ayree Trollinger, 63, of Brunswick, passed away peacefully at home on March 23, 2023.
Rebecca "Becki" was born Nov. 28, 1959, in Gainesville, Florida, to Edward H. Wiegert Jr. and Barbara Wiegert. Shortly after she was born, the family moved to Brunswick when her father was transferred with the Navy to Glynco NAS. She was a graduate of the Brunswick High School Class of 1977, where she was a member of the Pirate concert and marching bands.
After graduation, she attended Brunswick Junior College before enlisting in the Army. She was trained as a medic and served in that capacity for the duration of her service. After her service ended she lived in San Angelo, Texas, for a year, where her daughter Christie was born, before returning to Brunswick.
She is preceded in death by her father, Edward H Wiegert Jr.; her sister, Deborah K. Wiegert; her grandparents, Sam and Ayree Dunn, and Edward H. Wiegert Sr. and Helene Johns; along with her uncle's family, Harvey, Dot, Cheryl and Kurt Wiegert.
Left to honor her memory are her daughter, Christie Anne Walker (Richie); her grandchildren, Mikah and Dallas; her favorite nephews, Michael and Joe Antonides; her sister, Leah Antonides (Tony); and extended friends and family, Keith Domzalski, Ellis Trollinger, Carol Nichols, Chris Douglas, and the Vespini family.
Becki requested there be no service but wants you to love one another and your fur babies.
Gone too soon, will be missed forever.
