Mr. Slonaker had worked as a real estate agent for many years. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. Surviving are a son, Kevin K. Slonaker of Gilbertsville; a daughter, Sherry M. Zawada of Pottstown, and two granddaughters, Nicole C. and Chelsea A. Zawada. Funeral services will be Monday, January 3, 2011, at 11 a.m. from Warker-Troutman Funeral Home, 726 High St., Pottstown, with Thomas Craver, chaplain of Pottstown Memorial Medical Center, officiating. Interment in Highland Memorial Park, Pottstown. A viewing will be Monday from 10-11 a.m. at the funeral home.
