- BURLINGTON - Mr. Jerry Leon Gwynn, 55 of 2114 N. Ashland Drive, died on Nov. 24, 2011 at Alamance Regional Medical Center.
He was the son of the late Mr. Willie Gwynn and Mrs. Melba Russell Gwynn and married to Mrs. Vanessa Pound Gwynn, who survives him.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three children, Ms. Crystal Gwynn, Mr. Eric Trollinger and Ms. Tina Trollinger, all of Burlington; three grandchildren; four brothers; three sisters; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The service will be conducted on Sunday, Nov. 27th at Ebenezer United Christ of Christ at 1:30 p.m. The family will be at the church at 1 p.m. At other times the family will be at the home.
Public viewing will be Saturday, Nov. 26th from 1 until 8 p.m. at Hargett and Bryant Funeral Home.
