SIKESTON -- Mary Dover Ancell, 88, died at 1:05 p.m. Dec. 31, 2008, atthe Sikeston Convalescent Center.
Born June 3, 1920, in Sikeston to the late Charles and KathleenDruelinger Dover, she was a member of the St. Francis Xavier CatholicChurch in Sikeston.
On Oct. 8, 1940, in Sikeston, she married Harold Ancell who precededher in death in July 1974. On Oct. 2, 1981, in Sikeston, she marriedWalter Ancell who preceded her in death on April 19, 2000.
Survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Charles and GaleAncell of Sikeston; one daughter and son-in-law, Patty and Jeff Bogueof Germantown, Tenn.; and three grandchildren, David Ancell, KristinAncell and Jeff Bogue IV.
Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. today at the Nunnelee FuneralChapel where parish prayers will be recited at 5 p.m. by MonsignorRichard Rolwing. Services are scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Saturday at theSt. Francis Xavier Catholic Church with the Rev. Scott Sunnenbergofficiating.
Burial will be in the Garden of Memories Cemetery.
