- Cyndi was born on July 16, 1957 in Lamesa, Texas to Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Tinnin. She died November 27, 2015 in Midland, Texas. She was a resident of Upton County. Cyndi grew up in Midland and attended Lee High School. Upon her honorable discharge from the United States Army, she graduated on the National Dean's List from Del Mar State College, obtaining her LVN certification. She married Hilton Luckie of Rankin in 2007. Cyndi's greatest joy was participating with Hilton in their grandchildren's activities, from sports and stock shows to camping on the river in Junction. Cyndi is survived by her husband, Hilton Luckie; daughter, Katherine Green; and sons, David Trolinder, II and Kristopher McDonald. She is also survived by her stepsons, Chris, Jimmy, and Jason Luckie; stepdaughters, Dollye Cura and Amber Burress; along with 21 grandchildren. Also surviving is her mother, Helen Tinnin; and her sisters, Debra Black and Cheryl Doggett. Services will be held on Monday, December 7, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Chapel with Reverend Kathryn Boren officiating.
