He was a test driver for General Motors in Wentzville and was a member of United Auto Workers Local 2250. He was a member of the Genevieve Baptist Church in Ste. Genevieve County, the Scottish Rite Valley of St. Louis, Saline Lodge 226, AM&FM in St. Marys, and Chapter 338, Order of the Eastern Star in St. Marys. He served in the U.S. NAVY. Funeral services were January 27 at Cozean Funeral Home in Farmington with services conducted by the Saline Lodge 226, AF&AM. Burial was in Genevieve Baptist Cemetery in Ste. Genevieve County.
