      Text: "The petition of Cathrine Isely, vs. Peter Isely, Christian Isely, Jacob Isely, Balser Isely, David Isely, Phillip Isely, Jacob Cline & Wife Cathrine, Adam Trollinger & Wife Hannah, Danl Kockelreece & Wife Phillipena, Henry Whitsell & Wife Molly, John Cordon & Wife Polly, Cathrine Whitt, Patsy Whitt, John Whitt, Edward Whitt, Saml Whitt & Susan Whitt, by their Guardian Wm M. Gogan Pendenteth(?), for the last five years...that Balser Isely late of this County died intestate in February 1839, leaving your petitioner his widow & relict him surviving...Which land decended to the following Children and Grandchildren his heirs at law - To Wit - 1 his Son Peter Isely, 2 his son Christian Isely, 3 his son Balser Isely, 4 his son Phillip Isely, 5 his Daughter Phillipena Married to Danl Kockelreece, Orange, 6 his Daughter Molly Married to Henry Whitsell, Orange, 7 His Daughter Betsey's Children, She having married Sm Whitt & died before the intestate leaving the following Children & heirs, To Wit, Polly, married John Cordon, Cathrine Whitt, Patsey Whitt, John Whitt, Edward Whitt, Saml Whitt ^ Susan Whitt the last five of them are under age and reside in this County. - His Sons - Jacob Isely, David Isely - Daughters Hannah Married to Adam Trollinger, & Cathrine Married to Jacob Cline - The last Four Children reside beyond the limits of this State..."
