Phillip was born 1 April 1949in Ravenna, Ohio the son of the late Ray Warren Bosh and Thelma Isabelle (Drollinger) Bosh. Phillip was united in marriage to Melissa Bosh in October 1972, who survives. Also surviving are a sister, Judy M. Smith and husband Lon of Waverly, Ohio and a brother, Tom Bosh of Mantua, Ohio, nephews, Mark Smith and family and Adam Bosh, also nieces, Julie Smith, Rachel Paul and family, Cindy Bosh and family and Judy White and family. His parents preceded Phillip, in death. Phillip was a former member of the Dearborn First Christian Church and was a retired Computer Tech.
