Notes - According to cemetery records, Paul Drullinger is the son of Walter Whorton Drullinger and Mary Elizabeth Mendenhall. I need to contact the person I spoke to again who has access to the Chester Cemetery records. After being informed that Paul Drullinger (21 Nov 1892 - 10 Aug 1893) is actually the son of Walter Whorton Drullinger and not Henry Phillip Drullinger, I now see that Paul's birth and death dates are exactly the same as his brother, Otto.
