      20 Jan 1869 applies for pension. He enlisted October 1862 in K Company 54th Indiana Volunteers. He was discharged 14th April 1863. Wounded at Chichasaw Bayou Miss. by having his index finger on the right hand shot off. After leaving service he resided near Steam Corners in Fountain County.
