  	EMMONS, Emma L. 89 of Springfield. The Angels came to take her to her new home on October 20, 2019. She was born in Springfield, Ohio on November 11, 1929. She is survived by special nieces Debra, Mary Ellen and Mamie; great nephew Randy; great nieces Brandi, Jessie and Mandy; great-great nephews Austin and Levi; great-great nieces Sarah and Zoey. Numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews and great- great nieces and nephews; and special friend Cindy Rice. She worked at Crowell-Collier and was a meat cutter at Big Bear, where she retired. Emma was a member of Red Star Lodge and Fifth Lutheran Church. She was preceded in death by her parents Fred and Mamie (Swedenburg) Emmons; brothers Fritz, Gilbert, Robert, Willard, John and Paul; sisters Mary, Mill and Virginia; special niece Barbara and special friend Nancy Paden. Visitation will be Friday from 6-8PM in the Richards, Raff & Dunbar Memorial Home. Services to honor Emma will be Saturday at 10:00AM in the Memorial Home with Rev. Orbie Estep officiating.
