Hilton, Jr. and wife Kathleen, Edward T. Hilton and wife Elizabeth, Katherine Hilton Vaughan and husband James; grandchildren, Aleyna and Nicholas Vaughan, Stephanie Hilton, Garrett and Gillian Hilton; one nephew, two nieces and a sister-in-law; and his beloved dogs. He was preceded in death by his infant son, William Matthew Hilton. Robert served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He attended Southern Methodist University and he retired from PFS Web in Plano. He was a loving grandfather with a passion for jazz music, any dog in need and his love of the outdoors. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. A Requiem Mass will be held on Friday, February 18, 2005 at 1:00 P.M. at Holy Nativity Episcopal Church, 2200 18th Street, Plano, TX 75074, with Father Garrin Dickinson, officiating. Interment will be held at a later date in Texarkana. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Operation Kindness, 3201 Earhart Dr., Carrollton, TX 75006 or to a charity of your choice.
