Henry K. Sikkema, aged 84, of 1260 Portland NE, passed away Saturday afternoon, December 31, 1983 at Blodgett Memorial Medical Center. He is lovingly remembered by his children, Ten and Ellen Whip of Anchorage, Alaska, Melvin and Annette Folkert of San Diego, California, Jack and Gertrude Yonkers of Grand Rapids, Harriet Brooks of Phoenix, Arizona, Henry J. and Marion Sikkema of Concord, Massachusetts, Alfred and Janice Sikkema of Kansas City, Missouri, Richard and Joanne Buezekom of Mesa, Arizona; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two brothers, Clarence Sikkema of Florida and Andrew Sikkema of Farwell, Michigan. Mr. Sikkema was a member of the Beckwith Hills Christian Reformed Church. Services will be held at 1:00 Wednesday afternoon at the Beckwith Hills Christian Reformed Church, 2100 Chelsea NE. Interment in Rest Lawn Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may meet his family at the chapel from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 on Tuesday. Mr.Sikkema will repose beginning 2:00 Tuesday afternoon at the Reyers North Valley Funeral Chapel, 2815 Fuller NE at 3 Mile Road.
