Johnn K. Sikkemna, aged 72, of RR 3, Marion, passed away Thursday eveing at Mercy Hospital in Cadillac following a short illness. He is survived by his wife Hattie; three daughters, Mrs. John (Ann) Klifman of Comstock Park, Mrs. Aleda TE Velde of Grand Rapids and Mrs. Kenm (Arla) Rhoede of Marion and sis sons, Kenneth of Onekama, Cyril and Andrew of Farwell; 27 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Friends may callat the Veldsma Young Funeral Home in McBain beginning 2 p.m. Saturday. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Monday at the Highland Christian Reformed Church with the Rev. Henry Boehm officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.
