Survivors include: his wife of 43 years (married June 29, 1979) of Cairo, GA; a son and daughter in law of Cairo, GA; a daughter and her partner of Cairo, GA; 4 grandchildren; a sister and her husband of Melbourne, FL; a step brother of Pelham, GA; a stepsister and her husband of Cairo, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family. He was preceded in death by: his parents: his stepmother, Dolly Bearden; and his brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Barbara Bearden.
