  	COLLEEN DROLLINGER was born February 2, 1927, at Ririe, Jefferson, Idaho, to Cecil John Drollinger and Norma Delone (Harris) Drollinger. She grew up in the Idaho Falls area and attended schools at Osgood, Idaho, Idaho Falls, Idaho, and Ammon, Idaho. She lived in Ririe, Idaho, for one year, Marysville, Idaho, for three years and Osgood, Idaho, for sixty-five years. On October 11, 1944, she married Verl Harry Carpenter in the Salt Lake City, Utah, Temple. She was a full-time homemaker, mother, and wife. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She served in Cub Scouts and in many other positions. She served an LDS Mission to the Deseret Industries of Idaho Falls with her husband Verl. She enjoyed sewing, writing, reading, and being with her family. Survivors at time of death include her husband of Idaho Falls (Osgood); Mrs. Blair (Marian) Elkington, Val (wife Mary) Carpenter, Beverly Hansen, Ryan (wife Tauna) Carpenter all of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Mrs. Tom (Jan) Divine of Nampa, and Mrs. Dale (Julie) Maughan of Provo, Utah; five brothers--Keith (wife Lillian) Drollinger of Shelley, Idaho; Max (wife MaryEllen) Drollinger of Idaho Falls, Idaho; Dale (wife Shirley) Drollinger of Swan Valley, Idaho; Larry (wife Nelda) Drollinger of Lewisville, Idaho; and Richard Drollinger (wife Julie) of Omaha, Nebraska; one sister--Mrs. Ted (Betty) Gibbs of Paul, Idaho; 34 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons--Gary Lynn and Donny Jay; two granddaughters; two brothers--Burl and Jackie Blaine Drollinger; and two sisters--Genevieve Drollinger and Mrs. Charles (DeAnn) Graves.
