She married Manson A. Wakeland in 1920 inWarren County. He preceeded her in death in 1972. She lived most ofher life in the area. She was a supervisor at Kingsbury Ordinance atLaPorte. She attended the First Christian Church of Veedersburg. Survivors include two sons, John (Dortha) Wakeland, Logansport andGarnett Gene Wakeland, Veedersbdurg; a sister, Madlyn Hall,Perrysville, 13 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and niecesand nephews.
