  	Berniece K. (Kolaiser) Jones, 105, of Wilkinson, passed away on Nov. 21, 2016, at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital. She was born on October 7, 1911, in Kingman, and resided most of her life in Wilkinson. Berniece began nurses training when she was 20 years old in Danville, Illinois. She then retired as a nurse at Community Hospital East in Indianapolis. She was a member of Wilkinson Church of Christ. She enjoyed traveling, playing euchre, and going out to eat with her friends. Berniece is survived by her son-in-law, Marvin Carmany; grandchildren, Sharon Laws, Linda (Imon Bankson) Kreigh, Wayne (Melissa) Carmany; seven great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Carolyn Carmany; husband, Claude Jones; mother, Florence Kolaiser; father, John Kolaiser; and a great-granddaughter, Sarah Laws. Berniece was the last of nine siblings living. Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 W. 53rd St., Anderson, followed by a Nurses Honor Guard Ceremony at 1 p.m. Burial will take place in Mendon Cemetery, Pendleton.
