Drollinger, 81, a longtime resident of Medina, passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2011. She was born October 23, 1929 in Cleveland to the late John A. and Alice (nee Johnson) Richley. Alice received her bachelor's degree from the Ohio State University and fher master's degree from the University of Akron. She was a member of the Medina United Methodist Church, belonging to the King's Daughters and teaching Vacation Bible School. Alice was a longtime volunteer at Medina Hospital and an active Cub Scout Den Mother. She loved water sports, especially swimming and sailing and took an interest in art and painting. She was the beloved wife to Edward, to whom she was married 60 years; devoted mother who raised four sons, Edward III, Dale W. (Diana), Gary, (Heidi) and Darrin (Beth); devoted grandmother of two granddaughters; and eighter grandsons; and great-grandmother of two. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are being handled by Waite and Son Funeral Home.
