22865 | Vows Exchanged At Tyndall Chapel In simplicity and seiemty. Miss Bonnie Jean Hudson, daughter of Lieutenant Colonel and Mrs. Roland L. Hudson, Sr., of 316 Blackshear Drive, Panama City, became the wife of Second Lieutenant David Seitz of Luke Air Force Base, Ariz. Lieutenant Seitz is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Seitz of McKeesport, Pa The wedding was an event of Jan. 26 at four o'clock in the afternoon at Tyndall AFB Chapel Number Two. The ceremony was performed b e f o r e a candlelighted altar flanked by large floor standards including gladiolias, lilies, chrysanthemums and baby breath poised before the altar which held twelve white burning tapers. Chaplain (Lieutenant Colonel) Karl L. Swain of Tyndall AFB officiated. Family pews were identified with large white satin bows holding giant mums and streamers of leather leaf fern. The altar rail was enhanced with trailing ivy and fern. Windows of the c h a p e l held arrangements of giant mums and ivy trailing to the floor. Mrs. Karl L. Swain, organist, played as Mrs. Mildred Yost sang "Because" and "The Wedding Prayer". Mrs. Roland Hudson, Jr. of Eglin AFB, served her sister- in-law as matron of honor. She was attired in a floor length d r e s s of carnation red satin- backed poi de sau of empire sheath design featuring a white Alencon lace yoke with short sleeves. Her headpiece was a matching lace covered bow with a shoulder length veil of matching illusion. She carried a cascade bouquet of peppermint carnations with white streamers with love knots. Serving as bridesmaids were Miss Susie Crowder and Miss Bonnie Jean Svabowda. They were dressed identically to the matron of honor. All attendants ensembles were designed and made by the bride The petite brunette bride, gix-- en in marriage by her father, was resplendant in her formal gown of silk organza over silk poi de sau re-embroidered with alencon lace and featuring a scooped neckline. Her matching cathedral train was attached at the waist with an applique I of Alencon lace. Her shoulder length veil s silk illusion was held in place by a matching forward rose, studded with seed pearls. Her cascade bouquet, which fell to her knees, was a large, white, yellow-throated orchid, white cataline orchids and feathered chrysanthemums Her only ornament was a single strand pearls bought for her before was born. Captain Roland Hudson, Jr., served as best man. Ushers chosen for the occasion were Lieutenant Kenneth Smith of Tyndall Air Foice Base, and Arthur C. Carlson,ni. The mother of the bride chose, for her daughter's wedding, a dressmaker suit of shocking pink silk and lace matching accessories. Her corsage was a large deep-throated orchid. The groom's mother was attired in an aqua silk linen sheath with matching accessories and a lavender orchid corsage. Mrs. Ruth Kerr, grandmother of the bride from Richmond, Va, was attired a baby blue dressmaker suit with matching accessories. Her corsage was an arrangement white cynibiclium orchids. Mrs. Myrtle Hudson, paternal grandmother of the bride, Laurel, Del., chose a dressmaker suit of turquois with matching accessories. Following the ceremony, the bride's parents entertained with a reception in the Red Room of the Officers' Club. The bride's table was overlaid with white pleated cloth and was centered with a three tiered wedding cake separated with delicate white swans and topped with a pearl encrusted heart, centered with miniature wedding bells and surrounded by lilly of the valley. The cake was surrounded baby breath and giant white mums. It was flanked on side by three-branched candelabra holding burning white tapers and floral arrangements miniature white mums and delicate fern which trail length of the table. Sterling trays holding red and white bridal mints completed this setting. Trollinger III dies; Ill For Several Weeks LEAKSVILLE, N.C.-William Lofton Trollinger, 77, of Leaksville Rt. l, died Sunday in Morehead Memorial Hospital after several weeks of declining health. Mr Trollinger, a son of the late Charles B. and Catherine Ottinger Trollinger was born April 21, 1888, in Hot Springs. He moved here in 1938 and was a retired Fieldcrest employe. He is survived by his wife, former Lena Lynch; three sons, Clyde Trollinger of Draper Rt. 1, Harvey Trollinger of Greensboro and Lee Trollinger i of Hampton, Va.; two daughters, Mrs. Edna Motley of Stoneville Rt. 3 and Mrs. Ann Meadows of Leaksville; two stepsons, Lloyd LaPrade of Danville Rt. 1 and Eddie LaPrade of Danville; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Ester Chambers of Danville; four brothers, B. L. Trollinger of Hot Springs, Dewey Trollinger of Greensboro, Carroll Trollinger of Dry Fork, Va., and Arthur Trollinger of Tyro; 18 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 4 p.m. Tuesday from St. Mary's by the Highway 1 Episcopal Church by the Rev Warwick Aiken, Jr., rector. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. The body is Sugg-Harris Funeral Home. |

Dana Waters III and the Rev B. E. Petit officiating. A native of Waverly, Tenn. Mr. Trollinger was a son of Mrs. Annie Johnson Trollinger and the late Robert Stanley Trollinger. He had lived in Aiken since 1951. A 37 year employee of the DuPont Co. he was a supervisor in the power department of the Savannah River Plant. He was a member of the South Aiken Presbyterian Church. Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Agnes Hemby Trollinger, his mother, Mrs. Annie Trollinger of Waverly, Tenn, two daughters, Mrs. June Trollinger Rice and Miss Janet Trollinger both of Aiken, a son Jerry H Trollinger of Athens, Ga, two sisters. Mrs. Jewell Cullum and Mrs. Ella White both of Waverly and a brother Robert S Trollinger of Chicago Ill. Friends may call at the home or at the George Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be T.J. May 23 CP) Two persons persons were slain and three others critically wounded by pistol fire in two separate shootings here and in the county shortly after midnight Saturday night. Dead were: Francis E. Wetzel, about 29. of Waco. Torivio Dominguez, 25, of Waco. District. Attorney Gene Maddin said that Constable A. L. (Fate) Trollinger of Axtell, 13 miles northeast of here, was charged with murder in the death of Wetzel. Trollinger, who said in a statement statement that he shot in self defense, was released on $1,000 bond. Wetzel's brother, J. B., 28. and Marvin Schlemmer, 21. of Reisel, were critically wounded. They were admitted to a Waco hospital for treatment. Both had been shot in the abdomen. The shooting occurred outside of a dancehall in Elk community, 14 miles east of here. Trollinger said in the statement that he and his son. Master Sergeant James L. Trollinger, an Army recruiter stationed stationed here, went to the dance hall together. The constable said that his son was kidded at the dance hall because because he was an Army recruiter and that an argument arose. The district attorney's office indicated indicated that the grand jury would probably be called in this week to investigate the shooting. The other shooting occurred at a night spot here. Dominquez was shot to death and D. C. Coleman, both of Waco, was critically wounded. Policeman H. C.
