  	Ensley, John "Jack" ENSLEY - Mr. John "Jack" Ensley, aged 76, of Grand Rapids, passed away Tuesday, October 5, 2004. Surviving are his loving wife, Angie (nee Contafi); his children, Evelyn Marie (James) Koepsell, Michael(Jennifer), John "Jack" (Diane), Mark (Pam), Blain (Sarah), Shawn(Angie) Ensley; his loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Donald (Dorothy) Ensley; sisters, Polly Hubbert, Katherine Zimmerman; sisters-in-law, Peggy Waldron, Virginia Lopez, and Pauline(Bob) VanWorkum. Jack was proud to be a Veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Navy. He was Past Commander of the VFW Creston Post 3023. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Thursday 12:30 p.m. at St. Alphonsus Church. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Memorial contributions to Grand Rapids Home for Veterans will be appreciated.
