- Scott Campbell, 40, of Blackfoot, passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at his home.
He was born July 7, 1970, in Kansas City, Mo., to Edward Elvin and Phyllis Parrish Campfield. He received his education (in) Kansas City and Rockport Mo. Scott has resided in Blackfoot since 2003.
On June 28, 1997, he married Julie Christine Drollinger, in Omaha Neb.
He served in the United States Navy during Desert Storm as a medic.
Scott worked at Walmart and had previously driven truck for Wada Farms.
He enjoyed fishing and being outdoors with his family and computer and video games.
Scott is survived by his wife, Julie; children, Keith Collin Campfield (12), Kyron Scott Campfield (9), Kayla J. Campfield (6), Kurie Dawn Motley (17); mother, Phyllis Campfield, and brothers, Edward Elvin Campfield, Jr., Chuck Campfield, Mark Campfield, Michael Keith Campfield and Kerry Campfield.
He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Campfield.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 13, 2011, at Hawker Funeral Home with Bishop Shawn Inskeep conducting.
Family will meet with friends and relatives from 10-10:45 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Groveland Cemetery. Military rites will be presented by the American Stewart Hoover Post #23.
