Survivors include a son, Curtis Wayne Barker and wife, Joan, Haw River; a step-daughter, Mary Sutphen and husband, Earl, of Burlington; grandchildren, Wendy Allbritton and husband, Tim, Donna Terrell and husband, Darin, Angie Kerns and husband, Eric, Tammy Sparrow and husband, Jerry, and Tony Barker; sisters, Florine Johnson, Doris Shivley and husband, Carl, and Helen Powell and husband, Boddy; and 16 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Trollinger; her parents, Thomas and Bessie Gunnell; a son, James Wesley Barker; a grandson, Troy Barker; and nine brothers and sisters. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Graham with the Rev. Tommy Love officiating. Burial will follow at Linwood Cemetery in Graham. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at McClure Funeral Home in Graham.
